Geocache Description:

Ludowici Well Pavilion is a historic site in Ludowici, Georgia. It was constructed in 1907 and supplied drinking water.[2] It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on September 7, 1984. It is located on McQueen Street.

Someone ask me why there were only a few geocaches hidden in Long County and my answer was "I'm not sure but I am going to change that". Me and the wife decided we would start right in the middle of this booming metropolis. Above is one of the historic sites in the city, the Ludowici Well Pavilion, or better known as the "old well" by us that were born and raised here like I was. Enjoy your time searching and if you need a break there is plenty of shade under the Ludowici tile roof to sit and rest.

You are searching for a micro that blends in very well with it's surroundings, BYOP and tweezers will be a must, log only! Plenty of room for parking. Muggles may be an issue, depending on time of day.

Congratulation 2000 Goldwing Rider FTF! I appreciate it LJ....much more to come!

Have a great time hunting!
