Statland kirke ligger i Statland sokn i Namdal prosti. Den er bygget i tre og ble oppført i 1992. Kirken har langplan og 140 sitteplasser.

Før Statland  kirke ble bygget i 1992 hadde bygdefolket i en årrekke samlet inn penger slik at bygda fikk sin egen kirke. I byggeperioden ble det også utført et omfattenede dugnadsarbeid.
