The Burston wetlands are great for water birds including mallards, keep an eye out for their fluffy ducklings during summer months.
This is cache is a bison container hanging not far from the path
Part of a circular wildlife walk of eleven caches across the Burston wetlands and farmland and Trent and Mersey Canal known as the Aston-to-Burston trail. The distance is around 3 miles across relatively flat ground. This is a great walk which is usually quiet and muggle free. It can be very muddy so walking boots or wellies are recommended. Parking can be found at Aston Marina in Stone or in Burston.
Congratulations Russe11 on being the first to find!
