This is a quick drive-by cache on the road from Shkodër to Theth Vally.
The road SH-21 get's continually improved to bring more and more tourists into the beautiful valley of Theth. Last year the sealed section ended after Bogë and most of the road up to the pass was just gravel. This year all the road up to the pass is sealed and easy to drive. The cache marks somehow the end of bitumen.
Going down into Theth Vally from here is an about 18km bumpy gravel road, not necessarily requiring a 4WD in dry seasons, but you should have a car with high clearance to avoid stones in the middle of the road. Or you could end up like this...
