Geocache Description:

I put here a cache to push you to visit one of the nice view of the Carantec Bay.

Cette géocache est ici placée pour vous faire visiter un joli belvedere sur la baie de Carantec.

La Chaise du Curé:Située entre la grève de Pors Pol et la plage du Kelenn, cet endroitoffre un magnifique panorama sur la Baie de Morlaix à l'est et sur Saint Pol de Léon à l'ouest. On raconte qu'ici, pendant la première Guerre Mondiale, le Curé deCarantec venait lire à voix haute son bréviaire, assis sur la roche depuis lors appelée Chaise du Curé.

La Chaise du Curé (The Priest's Chair): Located between the Pors Pol strike and Kelenn beach, this place offers a magnificent view over the Bay of Morlaix east and Saint Pol de Leon in the west. It is said that here, during World War II, the Parish Priest of Carantec was read out loud his breviary, seated on the rock since then called the Priest's Chair.
