This cache was hidden here before, so you may have found it already. It was removed due to extreme flooding in the aea, that washed the cache away. Also there was construction for the new lookout near the hidding spot , so we waited until it was complete before we put the cache back in place. Unfortunately, we waited too long, so, have had to resubmit this cache to a reviewer.
