A walk along the coastal footpath from the Sound to Port Erin. The trail can be followed in either direction, we recommend starting at the Sound as the climb from Port Erin is steep. Unfortunately dogs are banned on this path which is permissive only, not a public right of way. The path is narrow and close to steep drops in a couple of places. Buses run occasionally but check the timetable!
Nearly at the top now, heading for Port Erin. There is no real point to this cache, except to give you a chance of a breather at this now totally pointless, recumbent signpost. If anyone had got this far and needed a signpost I'm worried about them, especially as the direction arrows had long since disappeared. Please don't push it too far in!
