Raad ny Foillan - The Sound to Port Erin #5 Traditional Geocache

A walk along the coastal footpath from the Sound to Port Erin. The trail can be followed in either direction, we recommend starting at the Sound as the climb from Port Erin is steep. Unfortunately dogs are banned on this path which is permissive only, not a public right of way. The path is narrow and close to steep drops in a couple of places. Buses run occasionally but check the timetable!

Nearly at the top now, heading for Port Erin. There is no real point to this cache, except to give you a chance of a breather at this rather pointless signpost. If anyone has got this far and needs a signpost I'm worried about them, especially now that the direction arrows have disappeared.

 A hanging nano, the vertically challenged may need assistance as the pole is loose in the ground.
