I recently hiked to the falls near the Nuuanu Reservoir and wondered why there was only one active cache in the area. Shortly after that I noticed that a couple of caches with a difficulty rating of 5 were posted. So, I thought to myself, Why don’t a put out a 5 on this trail? After a considerable time I worked out a way to do both.
This cache will not be an easy find. In fact I had a hard time finding it when I went back to check on the coordinates. I would like it to be difficult but not impossible, so I will give you a little help. I have posted a couple of photos of the area that should give you all the help you need to get to the right area, Once at ground zero it will be up to you to find the gift.
The container is out in the open, but could have a little natural cover. If you find it, and you may not, either way you will hate me for this one.
Please leave everything the way you found it and don’t share what you learned with others so that they can experience the frustration the same way you did.
