About this place:
"Muzeon Park of Arts" - Park in the center of Moscow. Located on the Krymskaya naberezhnaya. The Park area is 23,46 hectares. the Park is famous due to the fact that it has many statues and monuments, both Soviet and modern.
In English it has a special name - Fallen Monument Park (formerly called the Park of the Fallen Heroes) is a park outside the Krymsky Val building in Moscow shared by the modern art division of Tretyakov Gallery and Central House of Artists. It is located between the Park Kultury and the Oktyabrskaya underground stations. The origins of this expatriate English name are unknown; in Russian, the park is either simply named Sculpture Park of the Central House of Artists (Russian: Парк скульптуры ЦДХ) or referred to by its legal title, Muzeon Park of Arts (Russian: Парк Искусств, Park Iskustv).
Muzeon Park was established by the City of Moscow in 1992 and currently displays over 700 sculptures. It is split into themed sections, i.e. the Oriental Garden, Pushkin Square, Portrait Row, although the best known part — the fallen monuments themselves — appeared here before 1992. In October 1991, when the Soviet Union collapsed, smaller socialist realism statues of Soviet leaders and unidentifiable workers and peasants were removed from their pedestals, hauled to the park and left in their fallen form. They were rectified later, although missing original pedestals. In 1990s these statues shaped the park outline, but as more and more modern sculpture was added and as the young trees grew up, they became a less obvious minority.
In 1995, Muzeon added a World War II section - these sculptures, of the same socialist realism vintage, were never displayed in open air before. In 1998 the park acquired 300 sculptures of victims of communist rule made by Evgeny Chubarov, installed as a single group. The park also holds temporary summer shows of modern artists.

"Парк искусств Музеон" — парк в центре Москвы. Расположен на Крымской набережной. Площадь парка — 23,46 га. Парк известен благодаря тому, что в нём установлено множество скульптур и памятников, как советских, так и современных.
Идея создания парка появилась в 1991 году, когда по решению Правительства Москвы в городе были демонтированы многие памятники советским коммунистическим деятелям. Эти памятники были свезены в парк у Центрального дома художников на Крымской набережной. 24 января 1992 года мэр Москвы Юрий Лужков подписал постановление о создании в парке Музея скульптуры под открытым небом.
В 1995 году к 50-летию Победы в парке появилась новая экспозиция, посвящённая военной тематике. В 1998 году был открыт новый раздел музея, посвящённый сталинским репрессиям.
В парке искусств расположено более 700 скульптур. Памятники советского периода были созданы известными скульпторами Е. В. Вучетичем, В. И. Мухиной, С. Д. Меркуровым и другими. Имеется также множество скульптур современных авторов.
Планировка парка сложилась ещё в 1980—1990-е годы. Прямые аллеи парка, пересекаясь, образуют несколько прямоугольных секторов. Имеются элементы ландшафтного дизайна: альпийские горки, фонтаны и беседки.
Современный парк-музей Музеон преобразился и стал одним из любимых мест отдыха детей и молодёжи. В парке часто проводятся различные детские и молодёжные мероприятия.
P.S. Не далеко от тайника есть необычный фонтан в котором все купаюися летом :)
