Geocache Description:

This is a NANO series I hid with my family in honor of Troy Montana. September 2015 marks 100 years since the incorporation of this little town. Each cache is hidden at a location where you will learn more about the history behind Troy. I hope you enjoy the little tour.

Fish pond:5/6 After returning from your walk/drive across the Roosevelt bridge, head into the park and along the walking trail to the city of Troy fishing pond. This park was once the cite of the old J. Neils/Saint Regis mill, until mayor John Brown set in to action a plan to create this wonderful park for all to enjoy. With picnic areas, walking path, the local yurt (which can be rented out to you) skate park and finally the fishing pond, this park is sure to keep you and your family busy for years to come.
