My original plan was for this cache to be a challenge cache, and to log it, a person must have found at least 99 other caches before this one. However, at the time of publication, there is a moratorium on placing new challenge caches. So for now, everyone is free to find and log this cache. All eager beaver geocachers are welcome, no matter your number of finds!
