We have kept the caches, of the highway section, well off the road. Keeping in mind safety to pull off and back onto the highway. Considering it's 100kph, very few actually stick to the speed limit so be careful. Once off the main road, it's really easy going and laid back with very little traffic. All access on this leg is suitable for all vehicles.
Next is a left turn onto Goolma Road. If I read this too quickly, I swear it says Gollam. Travelling towards Dubbo/Wello, when you get to the first bridge, without giving too much away, there is a track just before it on the right. Turn here. Not saying anymore for this one except this is a pretty part of the Cudgegong River that links up Windemere Dam with Burrundong Dam.
