1910年(明治43年)に開園した常盤公園(ときわこうえん)は、

北海道旭川市にある都市公園で日本の都市公園100選に選ばれています。

近隣には北海道立旭川美術館、旭川市中央図書館、旭川市公会堂などがあります。

また年間を通して護国神社祭、花火大会、旭川冬祭りなどの行事が公園内および近隣で開催され賑わっています。
