Concrete Jungle Multi-Cache

This is an easy 2 stage puzzle that will take you to 2 different concrete markers that hundreds, if not thousands, of people pass everyday and never take notice.

You will need to visit the posted coordinates and Stage 2 (Listed in waypoints.) to get the coordinates for the final.

At the posted coordinates you will find a concrete marker with a date on it. Subtract the date from 2102. This answer will be AAA

At Stage 2 you will find a different type of concrete marker. This marker also has a date shown on it. Subtract this date from 2552 This answer will be BBB

The final coords you are seeking are:
N 40 02.AAA
W 076 19.BBB

The difficulty is for once you get to GZ. The puzzle part should be no more than a 2.

Stage one should be an easy find anytime, but Stage 2 will be more difficult with a deep snow.
