The creek originates near Mount Cottrell and passes through rural land before hitting the suburbs of Tarneit, Truganina, Hoppers Crossing, Altona Meadows and Point Cook before it flows into Port Phillip Bay. The creek fauna includes diverse bird species along with native rats and abundant frogs. All caches placed along this trail are off the land being conserved by the government.
The names for the caches in the series appropriately take on a horror theme but the area is anything but. The trail is great for walking, cycling and observing Melbourne's vast array of wildlife.
The cache is a sistema container. Please ensure the cache is WELL CAMOUFLAGED before you leave.
