Where: Banks of the River Thames at Cockmarsh on the stretch of the river near Bourne End.
- By boat: Probably the easiest, small boats can beach at GZ or if larger, pull up slightly down river outside The Bounty.
- By car: I believe the postcode is SL8 5RG, but don't just plug that into your satnav. You will need to park up and walk at least a km depending on the chosen parking spot.
- By footpath: On the towpath opposite Upper Thames Sailing Club. There are four parking waypoints on the cache page, each with a terrain rating. From Bourne End, it is a 1km walk and crosses the river using the railway bridge which has steps. From Cookham, the route is flat, 3km and the kissing gates are wheelchair friendly (with a key). From Winter Hill, it's 2.5km down hill (but what goes down must go ???).

When: 10 am to 12 am on Sunday August 30th 2015.
What: Inspired by an event (GC4F8VC) I attended two years ago. This is not a flash mob but rather an opportunity for dog owners to let their hounds swim (bring along spare balls in case they get lost in the river, we lost several today) or in fact any geocachers to head into the water for a paddle or swim. Afterwards there is a pub less than 500m that is very child and dog friendly and you don't even need to cross the river.
Who: All cachers welcome!
- Young, old or undecided.
- Two legs or four, well especially four.
- Don't have a four legged companion, don't worry they are not required.
- New to caching or cache events? You're especially welcome!
