1934 Sextion Building in Overton, Texas
A monument to the art deco era in the midst of the oil boom. Overton was an oil boom town of the the 1930s and was not affected by the depression as the town grew to around 5000 and flourished. The Sexton Building still stands facing the railroad track in downtown Overton. As with most of these boom to bust towns most of the buildings are in some state of disrepair. This buidling survives in spite of a lack of any regard for its historical and architectural value. There are some broken tiles but most of the building has stood the rigors of the past.
The cache is out of sight and can be found and retrieved with a minimum amount of stealth depending upon the time of day.
