On October 24th, come join us at the given coordinates at the Fairfield Township Park (behind the police station) for a pot luck, picnic style lunch. We will gather at 11:00 a.m. to sign the log, socialize, and otherwise have fun. At the break of noon, we will begin to chow down in an organized and orderly manner. At 1 p.m. cake and ice cream will be served.
Bring enough food to feed yourself and those in your group a complete meal. We will share what we bring. Cake & ice cream will be provided. Depending on how quickly you can eat your cake & ice cream, we will disperse no later than 2 p.m.
Bring tableware, plates & drinks for yourselves. You will not have to share unless you have spares and someone forgot to bring theirs.
For
those who can still move afterwards, there will be birthday party games. What games you ask? Well, we shall see about that. If you have a favorite game you like to play at parties or reunions, bring it.
Oh, yeah, for all those attending who have had a birthday this year, or their birthday is coming up soon, there will be a gift. No, there are no new cars, boats or such in the gifts since we've had no donations from any rich philanthropists. Instead, you get to choose from what is donated. And, no, the donations won't be all that. You're probably going to get a choice of some container to take out and hide somewhere. If you're lucky, it'll have a log already in it, but probably not. Some may even be cammoed already, but probably not. Nonetheless, you get to pick at least one to take as your very own!
