This is a small cache near some soccer fields near Sylvan Rodriguez Park off of Clear Lake City Blvd.
There is a parking lot that you can use to get near the cache. When I placed this cache google maps didn't show the parking lot. The Esri WorldImagery map on the geocaching site shows the parking lot. You have to select the Esri WorldImagery option to see it. It could be muddy on the way to the cache if there has been a lot of rain. You should know what you're looking for if you've found any of my caches.
