Logan's Run 4: Pine Straight Traditional Cache

Tweezers and pen needed. A 5K circular off road trail on a combination of good tracks and faint paths leading through woodland forest and a small hill (elevation 218m). some parts not suitable for bicycles or buggies.This trail can be combined with the Logan's Walk series by using Logan's Link cache as a join up. Start at any suitable cache depending on parking.

Ballogie borders the renowned Deeside Way which  hosts its own 'Explore Royal Deeside' Geotour, and a wealth  of local information for both locals and touristscan be found in the red telepone box at the beginning of the trail. 

Please, whilst out walking take care to respect the countryside and always follow the Scottish Country Access Code.In  particular, keep animals under close control at all times. please do not drop litter , and in keeping with the Geocaching society values consider picking up any rubbish you do find.  Ensure you are fit enough to compete the trail and always carry a compass , map and know how to use them. be prepared for changing weather conditions. parts of this trail can be overgrown at times so wear suitable footware and clothing.
