We're back!! After a three month hiatus due to a move, we are finally settled enough to scope out the area for interesting locations for some new caches. The area is gorgeous but there is a dearth of caches here. Give us a few months and we'll fix that! Lol.
This is our first hide near our new home. Nothing too fancy about it but the location fairly screamed "hide a cache here!" So we did.
A visit here will answer the question, "What do you do when an area needs a new telecommunications tower but area residents object because they're ugly and ruin the view?"
In any case enjoy the spectacular views en route to this hide and maybe an apple or two from the nearby trees if they're in season which they are right now!
You're looking for something camo covered about the size of a large sports water bottle (hint it's a camo-covered sports water bottle!) The cache contains a logbook and pencil but there's room for small tradables. We left a geocoin for the first to find.
Please practice good geocaching etiquette and replace everything exactly as found and ensure the lid is securely on the container for the enjoyment of the next cacher.
