Posted coordinates are the entrance of Leisure World. The cache is not hidden there or nearby. To find the cache you must watch the first 1:45 minutes of this video and solve the puzzle.

Local cachers will enjoy this, but you can solve this puzzle if you are not local. Watch and listen to the following video. Click on the picture to start the video.

Note: video is the "World's Fair Newsreel #1 - 1964" published by "miSci - museum of innovation and science" and has multiple subjects and is about 9 minutes long. The section that is applicable to this puzzles are roughly the first two minutes.
