Geocache Description:

It'll be a bit of a reach, but should be doable without TOTTs.  Those who are truly vertically challenged might need an assist.
 

UPDATE: Apparently I'm taller than most, so you may well need a small TOTT in order to reach. Because of this, I have bumped the T a notch. Hope no one minds.

Placed with owner permission.  It's a muggly area, so make sure you utilize stealth to keep the cache from being muggled.
