It's strange to think that this little road was, until the 1960's, the main route across this part of the country. Now it's a quiet road, much used by commuters saving the cost of parking at the nearby station.
A novelty cache, and our first hide.
Could be found as part of a walk or cycle ride through or around Whittlesford.
Note that there's no entry back on to the A505 at the western end of this road. Head east past the houses and turn right at the crossroads.
