Til Totlandsfjellet er det mange sti muligheter for å nå toppen, men den mest brukte er fra Eknes Vassverk. Totlandsfjellet er vel 250 moh, men det er likevel flott utsikt mot Osterøy og Gullfjellet med Osterfjorden i front.
