Despite the area, the grab itself should be pretty muggle free....but keep any eye out anyway. You are looking for a magnetized key box. Please replace it exactly as found! I'd use gloves or some other TOTT, but each to his own, it's not "needed" to retreive.
A wheelchair would probably be able to do this one with some assistance.
