Graffiti. Often devisive, seldom dull, can trace it's etymology right back to the ancient Greeks and Eygiptians. It was however the inverntion of spray paint in the Twentieth Century that gave birth to street art as we know it today.
During the Spring of 2015 Exmouth Town Council paid £3,000 to erect a graffiti wall in Phear Park following a consultation with pupils from Exmouth Community College, and a positive vote in favour of by the Exmouth Youth Council. A recent meeting of the Local Action Group (LAG) acknowledged that graffiti was on the increase in the town, and it was hoped that local artists could be encouraging to express themselves on an 'official canvas' rather than face prosecution by the Police by defacing private property
Photos of the changing face of the wall would make for an interesting Gallery for this cache. Some stealth will be needed when retrieving the cache, which is a small micro-tube. Good luck, and if you're really stuck there's a decent hint.
This cache was placed to coincide with Phear Park Geocaching Event GC5ZVX9 on Saturday 29th August 2015
