This is an easy P&G in the Dowling Villiage in North Smithfield. Be aware they are still working here so watch for construction vehicles. Lots of shopping and eats here!
I was surprised to see an open spot for a cache. If any of you travelers, (or locals) have a dog or 2 or 3, this is a good spot, (for now at least) for a potty break and a great excuse for why you are there. There is an urgent care here if you need that and many stores and quite a few restaurants on this strip. There are quite a few caches around town here. If your a local enjoy the new P&G.
