During the work week, Monday to Friday, the road may be busy with active log hauling and other industrial traffic. Travel slow and stay on your side of the road. Loaded logging trucks and industrial traffic have the right of way.
On weekends the road can be busy with weekend warriors; campers, hikers, bikers, firewood cutters, berry pickers and now geocachers. At the time of the hide there were many huckleberry pickers in the Salmon FSR area. I had a bit huckleberry juice stain on my fingers. YUM.
Contents at the time of the hide included a Logbook & pencil, Site Id Stickers, FTF Card and One Geoswag item. Only enough room for one or two very small trade items.
