This is a daylight only cache. BYOP. the park is open from dawn to dusk. do NOT attempt to find at night. drive down towards gravel lot and follow the shell path towards the open grass. follow the trail in your car and continue to follow shell path towards the reeds. drive slowly! please hide and secure this micro cache exactly as you found it. this is the second in an unrelated series of "coastal landing caches" (CLC).
this park is used for athletics and it has a small playground. there is also an impressive memorial to local service members. Enter the park off of Shore Road, right near the border of Absecon and Galloway at Biscayne Avenue. stay to the right as you drive into the gravel parking area and towards the house. stay to the right as you follow the first part of the shell path after the gravel lot and towards the open grass part. if you look closely, you will see a lightly worn path along the tree line. follow this path for several hundred feet. you'll pass some bleachers on your right. keep going towards the reeds and the continuation of the shell path. drive carefully through this portion as there is wildlife present. park right at land's end. please DO NOT attempt to search for this cache when it's dark. the park is closed when the sun goes down. lastly, be sure to roll up your windows in your vehicle as you make your way down towards the shell path and reeds. this is Green Head Central when the breeze is right. the view of Absecon Island and Brigantine is nice though.
