Portside Traditional Cache

Airlie Beach is the heart of the Whitsundays and the gateway to the 74 Whitsunday Islands and the Great Barrier Reef. 

The Port of Airlie encompasses the maritime terminal for day cruises and island resort connections as well as a private marina, apartment accommodation, restaurants, cafés, public boat ramp and the new Boathaven Beach.  The Portside cache is located within walking distance from the Airlie Beach town centre or you can drive to the Boathaven Beach carpark for a quick stop and grab.  The cache should be easy to find but out of view of muggles.  The cache can be found any time of day. It's a great location to swim or relax at the beach or for fishing off the rock wall.  You'll need to bring your own pen to sign the log as the cache is a magnetic nano.
