I recommend you park on 15th St. SW as Dempsey Ave. can be very busy. A TOTT is likely to be needed to reach the container, which is a magnetic tube.
According to www.internment.net, the cemetery is believed to be on a section of property that was first owned by William Eusebe Berthiaume, brother of Francis Xavier Berthiaume. He purchased it from the government back in 1871.
The first person to be buried here appears to have been a child just a little over 3 months old. His name was Earnest F. Vieau. As of September 2004, the last known person to be buried here was James R. Cronin in September 2002.
This cemetery is maintained by Saint Mary Catholic Church of Waverly, Minnesota.
