Geocache Description:

In 1885, sculptor Augustus Saint-Gaudens rented an old inn in the town of Cornish to work. He returned every summer and eventually bought the place in 1892. He is best known for his public monuments, such as the Robert Gold Shaw Memorial near the State House in Boston. Recasts of these sculptures are scattered around the beautiful grounds of the estate. The site is just off NH 12A in Cornish. Admission is $7, but access to the cache is free after 5pm.

The marble temple holds the remains of the Saint-Gaudens family.  The temple is located several hundred feet away from the primary buildings of this site.  The coordinates were hard to accurately establish, but should be 20-30 feet north of the listing.  The cache is on the forest's edge; no need to enter the woods.
