Meet at 6:00 pm to register and get organized. There will be a mass start at 6:30 with a strict 60 minute time limit.
Â
Thirty control markers will be placed around Manito Park on Spokane's south hill. Traditional orienteers will use map and compass to find them, but geocachers can pre-download their locations as waypoints and race amongst themselves.
Â
This is a Halloween-themed event so beware of vampires! You might want to be on the lookout for one of three talismans to protect your group. Bring friends and wear a costume!Â
Make sure you have a flashlight (better yet a headlamp) for every member of your group.
Below, you will find links to the 30 control points you'll need in your GPSr before you arrive. Let me know if there are any problems with them.
