Puzzling Puzzles 6 : Barking Up The Wrong Tree Mystery Cache

A mysterious man who calls himself the Puzzle Master has turned these once traditional caches into a series of puzzles in the shape of a question mark. Read below for more information.

Hello fellow geocachers, I am the Puzzle Master. I have made 9 new puzzle caches for you to solve. 

First you must solve the puzzle found at the bottom of this page. In each cache there is a password to access a hint for the final. All of the hints will be found  here. On the website, select which puzzle you want and type in the password. This is how you will access each hint along the way.
