Rocky River Road runs through farm land, forest land, conservation land and eventually leads to Mount Campbell. There is a public access easement as far this location. Here you will find a locked gate. Check the conditions of access and if for any reason access is restricted, leave the cache for another day. If you want to go further than the locked gate, you will need to obtain landowner permission first.
The road is unsealed and rough in places and the last section is particularly steep, slippery and rutted, suitable for 4WD vehicles only. There's a sign (and a cache) to point out where you should leave your town car and walk if you are not 4WD equipped
The cache is a 200ml sistema with log, pencil, eraser, sharpener and room for small swaps. Please return carefully and ensure that the cache is secured from falling out of its hiding place.
