The road is named after Epifanio de los Santos y Cristóbal, (April 7, 1871—April 18, 1928). He was, amongst other, a historian, author, jurist, journalist, publisher, museum director, patriot and hero. At a length of 23,8 km EDSA crosses through Metro Manila. During the rush hour (which covers most of the day) it is heavily congested with cars, busses, jeepneys, motorbikes etc., crawling their way on 10-12 lanes. The MRT line 3 runs in the middle of EDSA- also these trains are usually crowded.
So EDSA deserves also a dedicated cache...
It is located on an overpass at the crossing of EDSA, Ayala and Mc Kinley road, near the Ayala MRT station. This means it is usually quite busy with muggles. Take a step to the side, watch the traffic on the road and the tracks, put on your stealth mode and grab the cache...
Maybe weekend or evening hours are better than the rush hour.
