Geocache Description:

Perinteinen kätkö Tammisaaren saariston kansallispuistossa, Modermagan saarella. Puistossa liikkujien tulee noudattaa kaikkia puiston käyttöön liittyviä säännöksiä, rajoituksia ja ohjeita.

This geocache is located in Ekenäs Archipelago National Park. All visitors in the park must follow all regulations, limitations and instructions concerning the park.

FINNISHEteläiseen lahteen ajaessa on syytä pysytellä tarkasti kallioon maalattujen linjamerkkien osoittamalla reitillä. Kapeimmassa kohdassa vettä on tällöin n. 1.5 m. Itse lahdessa vettä on 2-3 m, mutta lahti madaltuu nopeasti pidemmälle mentäessä.

Syvempikulkuisella veneellä kannattaa rantautua saaren pohjoispuolelle. Tällöinkin sisäänajossa on oltava tarkkana. Kätkön välittömästä läheisyydestä löytyy nuotiopaikka, polttopuita, huussi ja telttailupaikka. Saaren kiertää merkitty luontopolku, jonka varrella kätkökin on.

T5 tulee siitä, että kätkö sijaitsee saaressa ja sinne pääsemiseen tarvitsee veneen. Itse saaressa maasto on T2,5

ENGLISH When approaching the south bay you should stay on the fairway pointed with signs painted on the cliffs. At the narrowest point the depth is approx. 1.5 m. With bigger draught use the north side of the island, but be careful on the approach there too.

You can find fireplace, firewood, camping site and out-house at the near proximity of the cache. There is a marked nature trail around the island and the cache is located along this trail.

T5 comes from the fact that the cache is on an island and you need a boat. On the island the terrain is around T2,5.
