This cache is in the beautiful Uilkraal Vallei. This cache has been placed at the entrance to our family farm, Witkrans. No need to head up past the gate, just pull off the gravel road where you see the sign Witkrans and Flower Valley and start your hunting. There is a beautiful forest a couple of hundred meters a way where the river runs (in winter) and where the bird clubs often visit to spot the southern most knysna woodpecker living in one of the trees.
The Uilkraal Vallei is in the middle of the Walker Bay Fynbos conservancy which conserves 15000 hectares of special fynbos and forests.
