This cache is located in a very scenic part of the Catskills. Its in an area I like to call 'The Rocky Lounge' as some intrepid hikers have constructed a large sofa and a chair made out of rocky slates.
This is an excellent spot to rest and marvel at the vistas below you ...
This cache is placed in such a position as to minimize any wear and tear on the
terrain as it is in a rocky area off the beaten track... There has been a report of rattlesnakes in this area at times - so be careful poking around !
While you are here, this is an excellent spot to have lunch and seat yourself down in The Rocky Lounge and enjoy the view.
Cache
is a small Tupperware with the normal assorted goodies within.
