Geocache Description:

Micro along the paved trail that leads away from Cushetunk Lake in Hunterdon County, NJ.  Log only; bring a pen.

Park in the lot at the end of Van Horne Rd. if approaching from the lake, or by the ball fields off of Railroad Ave. if coming in from Whitehouse Station.

According to Wild Man Steve Brill, survivalist, the cattail is one of the most important and common wild foods, with a variety of uses at different times of the year.  As you walk over a long and wide foot bridge on this paved path, you will see hundreds of cattails in the summer when the cache was hidden.

And not more than 200 feet northwest from GZ, you will see the remnants of an old stone wall about five feet high.  Did you notice the large stone structure that the developer left in place just off the road on the way in?  It's worth another look.

Do enjoy this my 90th overall hide.  I'm closing in on a hundred!  God bless.
