This cache is located at one of the parks of the Malecón de Miraflores that is under street level. These parks are easily overlooked when driving around the Malecón, but offer an awesome view of the Ocean and all the "Bahía de Miraflores", from "Morro Solar " to La Punta district, and San Lorenzo Island (if the weather is clear). This is a cache of the Malecón de Miraflores series. The cache is a small metal box that is placed in the hiding spot, down low. Bring your own pen. Please conceal it the same way you found so it is NOT VISIBLE to the casual onlookers, and if it is visible when you find it, you can hide it better (it has been muggled many times). I have now found a more permanent spot for the cache box, outside of the construction area (it has been going on for a year)
