Whenever I go running by here I look up to this mound to see if there is a cougar stalking me. It seems like an ideal place for a cougar to lie in wait. The nearby Campolindo High School Mascot is the cougar, so maybe it is just a student. 
The KWAKCachers clan has two Campo Cougars who are getting rest(less) since it is time to head off to college.
