Geocache Description:

We called Raytown Parks and Rec and got blanket permission to add caches in Raytown Parks so this isn't our first in Raytown and it won't be our last. The man who answered the phone seemed keen to the idea and added that their own department has hidden a few themselves. This cache is the first one at this park and due to it's location may require some patience as it's in a highly visible area.

This cache is hopefully more difficult than our last. It's not on a trail. There's quit a line of site to this cache so masking your activity will be necessary. BYOP.
