Our family was camping at Big Whiteshell and headed off for this wonderful 1.5km hike. The cache name doesn't really reflect what you will find at ground zero, it was the name chosen by Ice Cube #2.
If you have come at this one from the East, then you would have already passed an incredible view. If you have come from the West after looping around, then that great view is still ahead for you. This cache is a preform hanging from a young birch tree in the shadow of a marvelous old pine tree. I was tempted to hang it on the pine tree, but was concerned that the big branch would crash down one day.
