The Great Wall of Duck Tape Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Christopher Pike: Unfortunately, this cache page has been archived due to the lack of a timely maintenance resolution, or no response to my previous note. If the owner would like to have it reinstated, please contact me through my profile or email address referencing the GC code and name of the cache within the next 30 days. Please note that un-archiving a cache page places it through the same review process as a newly proposed cache, using the cache placement guidelines and land manager policies currently in effect.

I want to thank you for the time that you have taken to contribute to geocaching in the past and look forward to seeing more of your caches up and running in the future.

Geocache Description:

Please read these 5 things before you find it! 1) Please do not mess with the tape or rope - it will only destroy the cache and not will not reveal the container! 2) Please place the rock back on top after you have found it. It acts as a cap so bark and such does not get in. Also, it keeps some of the water out, but there is a hole in the bottom for water to come out. 3) Put the bison tube back in, METAL RING SIDE UP! As you will notice from retrieving the bison tube, it needs to be metal ring up! 4) Do not fall off the side of the cliff. 5) This is an awesome area, have fun and be safe!

I made this cache myself in my garage, and I came up with the idea too. It's probably been done before, but I've never seen one quite like this!

Figure out how to extract this bison tube from the great wall of duck tape. You don't need to tamper with any of the duck tape. Doing so will destroy the cache. Enjoy the amazing views while you are here, they are some of the best views in the area. The cache is located about 10 feet from the edge of the lookout, so BE CAREFUL!!! It is STRAIGHT DOWN for HUNDREDS OF FEET! You will not survive if you tumble off the edge of the lookout! Pencilart3 / groundspeak / geoaching.com is not responsible for any injuries that may occur. Do so at your own risk. If you are not comfortable with heights then please do not attempt this cache. This is a log only, BYOP and sorry there is no room for swag or trackables. Enjoy the spectacular view as you figure out how to get the log!

Congrats zacknmom for the FTF honors!
