I pasted and copied the following from a forum response by jketcham on unexplained-mysteries.com: There is Witches Hollow outside of Pittsburg, between Pittsburg and Girard. Story goes way back a witch was drug out there and hung from the bridge and that she haunts the area. One story I uncovered during research is a couple on a date drives through Witches Hollow in the 70's and on the bridge she was supposedly hung on they ran out of gas. The male companion says he'll walk to town to get gas leaving his female companion behind. She falls asleep and later on hears thumping on the roof of the car, she gets out to inspects the area only to find that the thumping sound is the sound of her boyfriends feet hitting the top of the car... something had hung him there. Rumors are that if you go on this bridge late at night and turn your engine off you will start to hear the sounds of loud thuds. Other people have reported seeing a figure in the wooded areas surrounding Witches Hollowi. People have reported seeing someone swinging in and out of the tree's.
