I've found this kind of hide in many places in many states. In fact, my first Canadian find was one of these! I even have one back in my commonwealth of residence, Virginia - but it is illegal! Seems that several years ago there was a conflict and as a result the Secretary of Transportation made all caches on DoT property illegal. In fact, the Attorney General of Virginia sent a letter to Ground Speak. So, to thank the many COs in New England I placed a GR cache as a thank you. Unfortunately, I didn't check the map carefully enough and it violated the one thenth rule. So new friends have moved it to here for your enjoyment. FTF gets the honor of being mentioned. BYOP.
