Geocache Description:

Dole woods is known for its bluebells but in addition over 120 species of moth have been identified here making this wood perfect for moth enthusiasts. Also a fantastic site for bird spotting and enjoying the many wild plants and flowers.

As the cache name suggests, this cache is placed beside the footpath that leads to Dole Woods, there are several paths within the woods and it is a beautiful, peaceful place to walk, so after finding this cache we would recommend a walk here.

There is a small amount of parking at the end of the footpath on Obthorpe Lane,N52.43.984 W000 22.562.

Unfortunately this walk is not suitable for mobility scooter or buggies.
