Located in Kelsey Round Lake Park. Paved trails will get you most of the way there. Should be an easy find.

I gave this a T3 because the chipper/shredder recently went through here and made a big mess. Also there is a fence that is up and down in spots. The terrain is fairly flat but the obstacles are dangerous.
